Dynamics Dance and Fitness was originally founded as a studio based company, due to the events on 2nd December 2010 where a fire ripped through the Enterprise Centre, destroying everything in its path we had a choice to give in or regroup and fight on so that's what we did....
We have now reformed as a collective of insrtuctors to continue with the our staple classes such as Zumba, Kettlebell Cardio and Boot Camp as well as other fab fun classes including Combat, Circuits and our Brand New Post Natal Exercise class for new mums! Thanks to the amazing Alan and Dave at the Old Chapel.
All classes are pay as you go so there's no need to worry about montlhy contracts and you can try new classes when ever you like, just book in before you attend.
As well as classes we are also highly qualified Personal Trainers, with experience from complete beginners, competitive athletes, rehabilitiation, weight loss and everything in between.
Our weight management course, '4Good' is the best in Chester, the only course to teach you how to train effectively to lose weight and keep it off as well as the right nutrition advice for a healthy lifestyle which you can maintain for life!
All classes are delivered by highly qualified, experienced instructors who can adapt the classes to suit your needs. We aim for all our classes to be enjoyable but beneficial, you may leave a Dynamics class tired but you'll have a smile on your face!

Profile: I studyed Sports Science and Dance at Chester Uni and went on to do a Masters in Exercise in Nutrition. For the last few years I have been working for Knowsley Council Exercise Referral helping people with medical conditions start exercising as well as working for Western Cheshire PCT as their Physical Activity Coordinator for weight management. I wanted to bring Chester something different: FUN EXERCISE, INNOVATIVE CLASSES and NO MONTHLY COMMITMENT. I hope you find something for you!

Profile: I have recently completed the UK Strength and Conditioning Accreditation, I studied Sports Science with Biology at Chester University and went on to Study a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology at Manchester Met.
I have a wide variety of clients from weight loss to strength training for sports performance.
I'm really excited to be teaching the first and only Kettlebell Cardio class in Chester!
